Next week we kick off our campaign for 2026.
I was just talking with someone about this concept. A kickoff. They said, “what does it mean to run a campaign.”
I laughed a little. Not in mockery, but in jest. Why? Because when you’re doing the work, every day is the same. It’s campaign, it’s policy, it’s engagement, it’s my job!
And it’s only my job as long as YOU (my constituents and supporters) will have me.
Fortunately, I’m seeing tremendous support from you. And from all across WA state. From the constitutional right to the rational left, business, and even labor is supporting the campaign. And I’m thankful for everyone that is chipping in. Thankful and deeply honored in your commitment to supporting me.
If I can ask you for one more thing today - it’s to help me fill the room next Tuesday.
The absolute best way to do this is to send a personal invitation to someone via text message or a phone call.
In fact, here’s a direct script you an send out that makes it as simple as possible:

Copy that script and send it to someone. That’s it. Let the invite and website do the rest. That’s my ask - if you can help.
Of course, if you haven’t RSVP’d - I’m hoping you will. It’s important that as WA struggles with being affordable, with being competitive, with basic fundamental governance - that we stand up and say WE CAN do better than this.
Make no mistake the folks who’ve been in Olympia for decades have a machine. It’s well oiled, and it’s growing. The only way we stop it and bring solutions that work to Olympia is to put people there who’ve fixed broken systems before.
That’s me, and that’s folks like Rep. Travis Couture, Rep. Michael Keaton, Rep. Cyndy Jacobsen, Rep. Matt Marshall, local Mayors, Councilmembers, other elected officials, and community leaders who will be joining us.
And that’s YOU.
Without YOU, none of us makes a difference. Without YOU, we can’t turn the tide.
